Preparation of Your Home

Interior Design/Staging Consultation

Our professionally accredited and award-winning interior designer/stager will visit your home, make suggestions regarding potential improvements, suggest furniture placement, and add details that can enhance the home’s value.

We Work with the Vendors

We understand that your time is very valuable.  As you request, we will work directly with vendors to prepare your house, which includes scheduling start and end dates for the project, overseeing the work, and ensuring the work is appropriately performed. We will ensure that the improvements to your home are done well, within budget, and on time.

We Provide Home Improvements

Our licensed contractor will dedicate up to 4 hours of their time for your property in order to address minor home improvements that are known to come up on the home inspection, i.e., replacing light bulbs, checking or installing mandated smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, adding a drain pipe on the hot water heater, etc.

All homes are photographed by a professional photographer that specializes in residential photography. Based on our experience, the quality of the photography has a profound impact on the buyers first impression of the home.

Our 37 Day Listing

We are so confident our marketing approach works, we ask our clients to sign a listing agreement that is a mere 37 days* in duration, starting on the day that the property comes on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). We believe through aggressive marketing, appropriate pricing and diligent effort, we will be able to achieve the optimal result for you in this amount of time.  If, for any reason, the house does not sell in that time period, it should be up to the client to decide whether they want to continue working with Envolve Realty.
